When life changes, it can take time to understand who you are becoming. Your children may need you differently. Your work, relationships, or responsibilities may have shifted. You may be caring for aging parents, rebuilding after a relationship ends, or realizing that the life you worked toward needs to feel different now.
You can be grateful for what you have and uncertain about what comes next. This retreat creates room for that whole experience, with thoughtful coaching, restorative practices, and the company of women navigating their own transitions.
You’ll have space to rest, name what matters, recognize the knowledge and strengths you already carry, and begin imagining a next chapter that feels like yours.

We intend to cultivate a respectful, welcoming setting where your experience is acknowledged and your choices matter. Guided sharing will be invitational, with group agreements around privacy, respect, and listening. You can choose private reflection, pass on an activity, or take time to yourself.
Wellness activities are optional. We’ll share sensory and participation details in advance so you can discuss access needs and preferences, including scent-free alternatives where aromatherapy is offered. Music-based experiences support reflection and restoration; they are not presented as clinical music therapy.
