For the decision that keeps coming back

You’ve grown.
What comes with you?

Something about the way you work or live is ready to change. You may be considering a new role, exploring entrepreneurship, reshaping a business, or wondering how to make better use of the experience you already have.

Through four strategic coaching sessions, you’ll explore the decision with room for reflection and real-world action between conversations. Nu brings her background in entrepreneurship, higher education administration, business strategy, and operations to help you connect the possibilities to a plan you can use.

Reflect · Investigate · Experiment · Act

Four conversations.
A more deliberate next move.

01
Session 1 · Assess

Understand your crossroads.

Explore what has changed, what still matters, and what you want your next chapter to make possible. Map your strengths, transferable experience, current commitments, and nonnegotiables.

Your working tool: a Current Chapter Snapshot. Between sessions, observe what energizes or drains you and gather evidence about the change you’re considering.

02
Session 2 · Explore

Compare the possibilities.

Identify realistic options for your career, business, leadership, or life direction. Compare them against your values, capacity, responsibilities, and practical constraints. Separate assumptions from what you need to find out.

Your working tool: an Options & Decision Matrix. Between sessions, research your strongest options and have exploratory conversations where useful.

03
Session 3 · Test

Try a direction before committing further.

Review what you’ve learned and design a manageable experiment. Name the support, skills, resources, boundaries, and conversations that would make the transition possible.

Your working tool: a Pivot Experiment Plan. Between sessions, take a small real-world step and record what it reveals about fit, feasibility, and readiness.

04
Session 4 · Plan

Turn your learning into a next move.

Use the evidence from your experiment to choose a direction or a purposeful next investigation. Map milestones, responsibilities, support, and review points for the next 90 days.

Your working tool: a 90-Day Pivot Roadmap and personal review rhythm. Leave with a way to assess progress and adapt as circumstances change.

A plan grounded in your life

Move forward with
more than a possibility.

Work toward a clearer understanding of your priorities and transferable strengths, an evidence-informed comparison of your options, a manageable transition experiment, and a 90-day roadmap with milestones and support needs.

This experience is for professionals, founders, and leaders navigating a meaningful change. You can arrive with a specific decision or a sense that your current direction needs another look.

How does the schedule work?

Four strategic coaching sessions are scheduled one every two weeks, with reflection and practical assignments between sessions. Specific dates and session arrangements are confirmed before booking.

Do I need to know my next move already?

No. The first part of the experience helps you define the decision and explore credible options. You’ll use reflection, research, and a small experiment to learn what deserves your next step.

How does this fit with Nu’s other programs?

The Pivot Plan focuses on choosing and planning a transition. Chaos to Clarity supports business structure and implementation; Wealth-to-Joy helps you recalibrate the relationship between achievement and enjoyment. Nu can help you identify the right starting point.

Pricing, availability, and the agreed scope are shared after your inquiry.
